Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Akuracy.org, an entity of Balaji and Ratnakar Group Venture. We take pride in manufacturing and delivering high-quality, precision-engineered Material Testing Machines and Dynamic Balancing Machines that are custom-built to meet your specific industrial requirements.

Returns
We do not accept returns once an order has been confirmed, manufactured, or delivered. Each machine is built to order and thoroughly tested as per customer specifications, making it non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. However, in case of any functional concerns covered under warranty, our technical support team will assist in resolving the issue through service, calibration, or component replacement as per our warranty terms.

Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are only permitted before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible due to the customized nature of our products.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic and video evidence at sales@akuracy.org. Our team will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

Warranty Support
All our machines come with a standard warranty as mentioned in the quotation or invoice. Warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to damages caused by improper handling, installation, or use outside recommended guidelines.
